Job Description: * Assist in preparation and review of monthly and quarterly reports * Assist in preparation of account reconciliations, journal entry files, and required documentation * Support the planning process and compiling documentation for audit or other various requests * Perform additional responsibilities as assigned Responsibilities: * Enhance job knowledge and abilities by taking personal responsibility for professional development and training * Provide project assistance * Perform responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy * Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department and the company * Maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skills necessary to effectively complete responsibilities * Maintain sensitive and confidential information regarding company information * Attend work on a regular basis and support the company's employee policies and procedures, including workplace safety rules * Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company Qualifications: * Must be a college student, sophomore or higher standing, currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in accounting * Solid computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) * Familiarity with data exchange tools and concepts * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Effective project management skills * Effective analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects within tight deadlines * Must be available to work April 2026- December 2026 * Employment is contingent upon passing a post-offer background check and drug screen Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without an accommodation.
