Job Description
3rd Shift Production Associate
Location: Holmen, WI
Schedule:
3rd Shift: 9:45 PM - 6 AM
Pay rate: $19.50/hr
Duties:
Operate equipment and production machinery (training provided)
Package products accurately and efficiently
Mix ingredients according to production needs
Perform general warehousing and sanitation tasks
Requirements:
No experience required; prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks such as grasping, lifting, bending, and twisting
Ability to stand for up to 10–12 hours on concrete or platforms
Must be able to lift heavy objects regularly (up to 100 lbs)
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
Follow all food safety standards, including SQF and HACCP
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
