• Handle the coding of invoices to appropriate accounts and cost centers.

• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to financial protocols.
• Generate reports related to accounts payable activities for internal review.• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in coding invoices and managing invoice workflows.
