Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Generate and send invoices to customers accurately
• Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close processes related to accounts receivable
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues
• Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
