STS Technical Services is hiring experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanics to join the team at Cobalt, a specialized aircraft component MRO facility located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This is a hands-on role supporting structural repairs on high-value aircraft components with steady demand and overtime opportunities. About the Company Cobalt focuses exclusively on aircraft component repair, including but not limited to: Engine cowlings Leading edges Gear doors Flight control surfaces They operate with precision, speed, and a deep commitment to FAA and OEM standards. Position Summary This role involves the structural repair and restoration of aircraft components using aluminum, composites, and other aircraft-grade materials. You will work in a dedicated back-shop environment alongside a team of professionals who are passionate about aviation and craftsmanship.
