As a Security Professional - Logistics Site Patrol in Litchfield Park, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure environment at a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry and exit points, conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, and remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees, visitors, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. What Youll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to site procedures.
• Communicate with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed to support security-related operations.
• Assist with the implementation of site-specific security-related policies and procedures as directed by management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
