Responsibilities Stand up, greet, qualify, and “close” prospects. Assist with maintaining an active social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement. Promote resident satisfaction and retention by promptly responding to complaints, questions, and requests. Create social media content and marketing materials to promote the community. Verify applications and process paperwork. Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections. Generate traffic for the property through outreach. Qualifications Experience in leasing conventional apartments (required). Strong sales and leasing skills. Excellent customer service skills. Willingness to go above and beyond. Great attitude, flexibility, and professional presentation. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Benefits Competitive pay.
