Job Description The Campus Recruiter position is crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring top emerging talent for various positions within the CHS Health System. This position reports to the Director of Talent Attraction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships with students, recent graduates and school leadership, as well as a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. This role will need to be able to travel to the local schools in the East Tennessee area - as well as our facilities in the area weekly. Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent from universities, colleges, and other educational institutions. Establish and maintain relationships with university career services, faculty members, and student organizations to enhance CHS Healthcare's presence on campus. Organize and participate in campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events to promote career opportunities at CHS Health Systems. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for early talent, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Stay updated on industry trends and university programs to proactively identify emerging talent and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly. Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus recruiting efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Required Education: A Bachelor's degree (Preferred) or equivalent Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience Required Experience: Healthcare Experience (Preferred) Required License/Registration/Certification: N/A Other Skills Required: Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with personnel across all organizational tiers, from entry-level staff to executives.here to enter text.
