BrightStar Care of Lane County is currently hiring experienced Caregivers and CNAs who want to make a difference in the lives of others in the Eugene, Springfield, Albany, Corvallis areas!

BrightStar Care of Lane County is looking for CNAs and Caregivers to join our team. At BrightStar Care, we provide uplifting in-home care for seniors and older adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and assistance with day-to-day tasks in their homes.

CNA Responsibilities:

• Providing premium, personalized care through professional look, PPE compliance and actions
• Various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s or patient’s needs
• Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
• Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
• Active communication with home office

CNA Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum six months of documented caregiver, home care assistance experience is required
• High school diploma or GED
• Certified CPR, negative TB skin test or chest x-ray, physical
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance
• Excellent references
• Access to a computer or smart phone for web-based scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to pass background checks, DMV, and drug screen
• Must pass caregiver competencies
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

We are strongly considering candidates with experience as a caregivers, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions.
