Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Research Coordinator at One of a Kind Clinical Research Center located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day clinical research activities, interacting with study participants, ensuring compliance with protocols, and supporting the research team in data collection and analysis. Must live in Arizona and have reliable transportation as the duties of this role does require travel occasionally to surgery centers, dry ice pick up and other locations. Phlebotomy experience is greatly appreciated.

Qualifications

The position:

We would like to add a full-time clinical research coordinator who can coordinate current and future trial operations. Your job responsibilities would be, but not limited to the following,

- Vital sign collection

- ECG collection

-Spirometry and other assessments

-Phlebotomy- specimen collection, processing, and shipping

-Investigational product management and administration

-Data collection, entry, query resolution

-Inventory management of lab products and office supplies

-Device management (eDiaries, ECG, Spirometer etc..)

-Participant education

-Participant recruitment

-Working alongside PI and other departments

-File, Scan, Upload, and Download documents

-Tidiness

-Administrative support service including regulatory

-Coordinating all aspects of a clinical trial

-Meeting with monitors

-Scheduling and hosting Meetings with pharma Reps

-Conducting patient visits

-Scheduling

-Managing all study equipment/ Supplies

-Inventory

-Lab organization

-Scheduling pick up through vendors

-Attending outside vendor services (surgery, imagining, etc.)

-Working with multiple platforms (Microsoft, excel, edc, EMR, etc.)

-Dry Ice pick up, packing labs

-Must have reliable transportation

The Company:

We will provide paid for training for all position requirements. This position offers,

· Semi flexible hours (Monday – Friday 0730am-330p)

· 35- 40 hours a week

Position requirements:
