What You’ll Do:
Operate CNC machining and turning centers to produce precision components.
Read and interpret part drawings and specifications.
Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
Maintain tolerances within +/- .05mm through offsets and minor tool changes.
Load, inspect, assemble, and package parts per documented instructions and quality standards.
Accurately complete production and inspection documentation.
Support cross-training initiatives on various machines as needed.
Follow all safety and quality procedures, and maintain a clean work area.

What We’re Looking For:
6+ months of CNC machine operation experience (preferred)
Familiarity with Fanuc controls on machines such as Mori Seiki, Okuma, or Hardinge
Ability to lift heavy objects frequently and stand for an 8-hour shift
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Dependability, self-motivation, and a collaborative attitude
Good attendance and safety record
Production Lead candidates should also have a 1-year technical certificate and experience in training and troubleshooting.
