Commercial Roofing Superintendent , you’ll work closely with the Project Manager to oversee a wide mix of commercial roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities - Partner with the Project Manager to address constructability issues and scope gaps during preconstruction.
- Review scope, buyout, and schedule to ensure all project details are set up for success.
- Understand the full project strategy including financials, scheduling, milestones, logistics, and inspections.
- Lead daily field operations: safety, quality control, progress, and site cleanliness.
- Update and maintain accurate project schedules that align with cost and time requirements.
- Deliver on client expectations through clear communication and customer-focused leadership.
- Foster strong subcontractor and vendor relationships through fairness and professionalism.
- Manage punch list items to completion in a timely manner.
Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and people skills.
