Creative Design Marketing Manager – Shopper & Consumer

Key Responsibilities & Requirements The ideal candidate will bring both creative design expertise and strong copywriting skills to deliver impactful consumer marketing across traditional, digital, and in-store touchpoints. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution while ensuring world-class creative output.
Responsibilities Communications & Product Launches
Develop and deploy brand, product, and feature messaging hierarchies (strategy + copywriting) in partnership with key stakeholders.
Adapt global creative assets for the U.S. market with cultural and consumer relevance.
Create marketing materials across paid and owned channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Build toolkits and guidelines to ensure consistent execution across internal and external stakeholders.
Creative Strategy & Brief Development
Translate consumer insights into compelling creative briefs for agency partners.
Define execution strategies tailored to consumer touchpoints and purchase journey stages.
Partner with CSMI and cross-functional teams to enhance messaging, channel deployment, and campaign effectiveness.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Consumer Marketing, Media, Digital, Shopper, PR/Social, and Product Management teams.
Ensure compliance with brand/legal standards by liaising with Corporate Marketing and Legal.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and agency output; align expectations across stakeholders.
Creative Deployment & Governance
Oversee the rollout of creative campaigns, ensuring messaging, tone, and visuals flex appropriately across channels.
Direct the versioning of master assets into toolkits for downstream teams.
Maintain brand consistency and coherence across the full consumer experience journey (CEJ).
Budget & Performance
Oversee financials, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance processes.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and meet KPIs.
Drive measurable impact across financial, in-market, and brand health objectives.
Background / Experience Required 8+ years in marketing; 3+ years in digital marketing, advertising, or related field.
Strong background in creative design development and copywriting for consumer-facing campaigns.
Experience in consumer marketing, shopper/retail marketing, and advertising; both client and agency side preferred.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage high-visibility projects.
Superior project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment.
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Confident, collaborative, and solutions-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure.
