Overview: The Sage Group’s client is seeking a highly organized and communicative Paid Marketing Program Manager to lead the program management of creative assets across all paid channels. This role is within the Marketing team and acts as the primary liaison for all creative requests submitted to the creative team. You will be responsible for managing workflows and tickets across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, mobile, influencer marketing, and more. Workstreams Owned Creative Production Management Oversee the end-to-end production of internal performance assets and UGC, ensuring all creative materials are delivered on time and meet campaign objectives. Manage internal production projects via Asana, inclusive of creative assignments (in partnership with Creative Ops) and asset handoffs (maintaining transparent asset library), to produce a diverse range of content for paid media campaigns. Own the Paid DR Creative Asana portfolio to track work from ideation to delivery. Compliance Management/Collaboration Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure that all creative work meets legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards. Submit performance creative for both key company initiatives and always-on BAU through legal and compliance review. Facilitate the review process, provide clear feedback to internal teams and external partners, maintain a high standard of quality control throughout the production process, and ensure that all content is vetted and approved by the Compliance team before being deployed. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end program for creative asset development supporting all paid marketing channels. Serve as the liaison between Marketing and the creative team, coordinating ticket submissions and prioritization. Track and manage creative requests using Asana and JIRA, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication. Maintain organization of workflows and ensure transparency across stakeholders. Communicate updates effectively with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and deadlines. Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and asset delivery timelines. Qualifications 2-4 years’ proven experience managing creative asset workflows for paid marketing campaigns. Strong proficiency in Asana and/or JIRA project management tools. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to coordinate across teams and stakeholders. Experience working in fast-paced marketing environments preferred.
