Job Overview: A well-established and growing law firm in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 1–5 years of litigation experience. This position offers the opportunity to litigate in both state and federal courts with a strong focus on the intersection of criminal and immigration law. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage an active caseload. Training in related practice areas is available, making this an ideal role for a lawyer eager to expand their litigation skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
