Job Description Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Join a compassionate and dedicated team at a full-service community health system located in Clinton, Iowa. Serving eastern Iowa and western Illinois, the facility focuses on providing healthcare that emphasizes compassion, human dignity, and social justice. As a Board Certified CRNA, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality anesthesiology services to patients of all ages in a facility equipped with 249 licensed beds. Job Responsibilities: Provide professional anesthesiology services and/or supervise anesthesiology services for Hospital patients. Administer general anesthesia, including surgeries for pediatric, thoracic, and obstetrical patients, and manage various anesthesia techniques. Conduct pre-evaluation anesthesia services aligned with hospital guidelines. Monitor post-surgical patients for complications related to anesthesia administration. Respond promptly to anesthesia-related emergencies as needed. Collaborate with the OR Leadership Team and clinical staff to ensure quality care. Maintain a professional presence, exemplifying integrity, honesty, and a commitment to patient care. Utilize the Cerner EMR system for patient documentation. Qualifications: ~ Must be a Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA). ~ Iowa license (or willingness to obtain) or IMLC. ~5+ years of CRNA work experience preferred. ~ Experience with anesthesia procedures in both adult and pediatric patients is required. ~ Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire). ~ ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (or willingness to obtain within 1 year of hire). ~ Clean malpractice history is preferred.
