About the job Data Entry Specialist


About The Role:

Remote Career is looking for a full-time Data Entry Specialist in our Accounts Payable Department.

This position will be responsible for:

Manuel entry of AP invoices into accounting system

Scanning of Invoices and coding them to vendor/job.

Managing online submitted invoices.

Input credit card reconciliation into accounting system

Candidate must be a fast and efficient typer. 90% of the job is data entry.

Knowledge of accounts payable is preferred, but not required

Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.

This position is 100% in office.

Hours are 7:30-4:30

Will occasionally be asked to assist with phones for lunch coverage or when the Receptionist is out of the office.

Proof of Vaccination required.
