Job Description

Director of Nursing in Training,we are currently looking for an Registered Nurse (RN) who would like to grow into a Director of Nursing Position in the future with our group. You will start as a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) under an experenced DON willing to help another RN "learn the ropes" You will be working closely with the DON and Administrator in all facets of the business to provide quality resident care, while assisting managing the nursing department and learning the ropes sharpening your skills and learning how we function and how you will as a future Director of Nursing

Must have a current New York State RN license.
CPR Certification.
Communicate orally and in writing with residents, families, co-workers and the public.
Long term care experience helpful.
Must be able to stoop; kneel; crouch; reach; push; pull; climb; lift and carry heavy objects and be able to turn, handle and manipulate minor medical equipment.
