As the Executive Assistant, you’ll serve as the CEO’s right hand by owning the calendar, coordinating meetings and travel, and acting as a trusted liaison across departments. You’ll play a key role in planning major events like annual conferences and board meetings, and help foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. This isn’t just a support role – it’s a leadership opportunity with real influence.
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite leaders, preferably within a larger organization, and a proven ability to stay cool under pressure. A bachelor’s degree is required, and strong communication, scheduling, and multitasking skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and PowerPoint) is a must, along with a calm and professional presence.
