Using our expertise in genetics and molecular biology, we develop medicines for patients with significant unmet medical needs. We employ talented individuals with the right technical expertise and a drive to solve real problems, creating an environment that empowers our teams to pursue innovative science. Our approach to drug discovery has resulted in a diverse pipeline of candidates that are well-understood biologically and offer potential first-to-market opportunities or significant benefits over existing therapies.

  • Design V&A services and deliverables for optimal support and efficiency, sharing best practices internationally.
  • Monitor and analyze global market access trends, competitor activities, and policy changes to adapt strategies.
  • Support broader market access goals, including pricing targets, access timelines, and successful product launches.
  • Develop pricing estimates, value propositions, and access plans for pipeline and potential assets.
  • Contribute strategically as a member of GV&A's leadership team, shaping team priorities and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, or related fields preferred.
  • +15 years of relevant international leadership experience in a similar organization.
  • Strong experience in pricing and reimbursement, with knowledge of key HTA markets (e.g., UK, Germany, France, Canada); rare diseases experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with pricing regulations and early/launch pricing analysis.
  • Experience supporting early global development to meet market access evidence requirements.
  • Proven success in developing value propositions and access strategies.
  • Knowledge of global policy trends, HTA/payer dynamics, and market access recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills in influencing decisions, shaping policies, and managing teams.
  • Expertise in strategic pricing, contracting, negotiation, and lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle, including launch planning and value drivers.
  • Experience developing global V&A strategies, messages, and tools for market implementation.
  • Experience with early-stage assets and providing V&A guidance during development.
