Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager for Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation   in Plymouth, MN .

 

What You'll Do:

• oversee all procurement, purchasing, and inventory management
• help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures
• supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff
• assist with scheduling and time-keeping
• help create menus based on client needs
• help create interpersonal relationships with clients
