Job Title: Forklift Operator and Material Handler

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in a brand-new overstock distribution center. You will play a crucial role in unloading trucks, stocking products, counting inventory, and loading trucks. This center will serve as a hub for overstock products from various distribution centers in the area.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit down forklifts, reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, and clamp trucks.

• Unload trucks and organize products in the warehouse.

• Stock products efficiently and ensure accurate inventory counts.

• Load trucks with precision for efficient distribution.

• Perform general labor tasks including packing, shipping, and receiving.

Shift/Pay

• 1st, 2nd, & 3rd

• $18 to $19.50

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.

• Proficiency in operating sit down forklifts, reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, and clamp trucks.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management and general labor tasks.

• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.

Work Environment

Work in a spacious 600,000 square foot distribution center filled with overstock products. Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with slight shifts in hours when permanent. Experience a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
