Company Description Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Forklift Operator/Material Handler is responsible for ensuring that product is moved within our warehouse in a safe and efficient manner by forklift operation and physically loading/unloading our trucks. You are also responsible for proper inventory being maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards being upheld. Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate a forklift to move finished products to the warehouse or onto trucks for distribution to customers Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain energy source for lift Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on palletizing equipment Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Perform safety inspections and audits as required Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures Use scanning equipment to ensure accurate tracking of inventory within the facility Follow standard work policies and procedures Work as a team with other forklift drivers to prevent line stoppages and improve operations Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Forklift operations experience is a must Ability to regularly lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds of inventory as needed. Experience working in a warehouse environment a plus English; additional languages an advantage Additional Information Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:30PM-5AM The compensation for this position includes base + bonus target: $20.00 per hour; $1 shift differential; 5% target quarterly bonus The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
