Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Designer who wants to build, test, and ship products that improve lives.

We’ve partnered with a Health Tech startup in NYC using AI to power an operating system for providers taking care of our aging citizens. You’ll take early ideas, shape them into prototypes, test with users, and refine them into polished, intuitive experiences, helping non-technical users deliver more personalized care and run their operations with ease.

What You’ll Do

• Turn raw ideas into functional, clear workflows people will use and love.
• Create prototypes to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and founders to ship.
• Refine and expand our design system to support scalable, guided user flows.
• Incorporate user feedback and constraints to drive improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years in Product Design
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a clear, modern aesthetic
• Fluent in Figma, comfortable with prototyping and maintaining design systems
• Strong communicator who can articulate decisions clearly
• A portfolio showcasing shipped products or meaningful projects
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch

Location

NYC preferred (Brooklyn, 2–3 days in person), but open to the right candidate.
