Position: Front Desk Wellness Advisor (Part-Time)
Location: 3631 Pacific Coast Highway, Torrance, CA 90505
Studio: Beach Cities Cryo & Wellness

Beach Cities Cryo & Wellness is not your average wellness studio. We're a dynamic, upbeat team on a mission to help people feel amazing—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through cutting-edge recovery and wellness therapies. From whole body cryotherapy and infrared sauna, to hyperbaric oxygen, red & blue light therapy, and Neveskin facial & body sculpting, we’re helping our community feel better, move better, and live better—one session at a time.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an outgoing, high-vibe Front Desk Wellness Advisor who loves connecting with people and wants to grow in the wellness industry. You’ll be the first face our clients see—and the energy they feel—when they walk through our doors. This role blends sales, client care, and studio support into one fulfilling position where every day you’ll help someone feel stronger, healthier, and more alive.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Create Memorable Client Experiences

• Deliver genuine, personalized service from first touchpoint to follow-up

• Guide clients toward memberships, packages, and services that align with their goals

• Build meaningful client relationships that keep people coming back

Support Smooth Studio Operations

• Handle bookings, texts, calls, emails, and manage our appointment system

• Maintain a clean, organized, and uplifting studio environment

• Support your teammates and jump in where needed

WHO YOU ARE:

• 3+ years in customer service or sales (bonus points if you’ve worked in wellness or fitness)

• Energetic, confident, and people-savvy—you thrive in face-to-face environments

• Detail-oriented and tech-comfortable (we use Mindbody, social media + other platforms)

• A natural problem solver who keeps things running smoothly and clients smiling

• Interested in health, wellness, biohacking, and feeling amazing

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

• $16.50/hour base

• Lucrative sales bonuses

• Total take-home can easily reach $18–$25+ per hour depending on performance!

SCHEDULE:

• Part-time: 10–15 hours/week (2-3 shifts)

• Must be available weekdays and weekends, closed major holidays 

• Typical shift times:

  • Start 1 hour before open

  • End 15 mins after close

  • Studio Hours:

    • Mon–Wed: 10am–7pm

    • Thurs–Sun: 10am–4pm
