Position: Full Time, Housekeeper, Live In, Live Out Location: Manhattan, New York A gentleman on the Upper East Side, with a formal, fully staffed home, is in search of an experienced housekeeper to join their team. Responsibilities include: Working seamlessly with the housekeeping team to ensure museum quality standards in a townhouse. Taking direction from the Head Housekeeper. Pet care for two dogs with occasional overnights if Principal is away. Letting in vendors if working alone. Laundry and ironing as needed. Occasional assistance with serving. The candidate must be a team player with a happy and sunny disposition and be service-oriented. Must be experienced and knowledgeable in caring for antiques, valuable artworks, fine garments and surfaces, and must have knowledge of formal service. Schedule is 40 varying hours between Thursday to Sunday. Candidates open to living in would be a bonus. Private accommodations provided. Rate: $38-40/hr DOE with opportunity for overtime and overnight rates plus full benefits and transportation reimbursement. Immediate start.
