About the Role
The Company is seeking a Freelance Head of Ecommerce to lead its team in achieving operational and strategic goals that support the P&L and growth plans. The successful candidate will be the key liaison between the team and senior leadership, driving the commercial plan and ensuring the flawless execution of key events. Responsibilities include managing all digital marketing communication efforts, fostering relationships with cross-functional business partners, and leading the retention team in driving customer retention through various digital channels. The role also involves participating in key milestone meetings, optimizing the customer journey, and leading the team in improving and evolving the site experience. Applicants for the Freelance Head of Ecommerce position at the company should have a proven track record in leading ecommerce businesses, with experience in P&L management, team leadership, and site experience. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and key technology partners is essential, as is a data-driven, consumer-first approach.
