We’re a fast-growing self-storage company looking for a Head of Revenue Management and Marketing to help us scale smarter, faster, and more profitably. You’ll be the architect behind developing and executing revenue optimization and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental rates, and overall profitability. This role involves data-driven decision-making, pricing optimization, digital marketing, and brand positioning to drive business growth.

What You’ll Do
· Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and optimize occupancy rates.
· Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to adjust pricing strategies in real-time.
· Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new revenue opportunities.
· Analyze historical data, rental trends, and seasonal demand to forecast revenue performance.
· Manage inventory and ensure the right unit mix is available to meet customer demand.
· Track and report revenue performance, occupancy trends, and pricing effectiveness.
· Manage relationships with external contractors, ensuring clear communication, performance expectations, and contract compliance.
· Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
· Utilize business intelligence tools to automate reporting and enhance decision-making.
· Implement customer segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns to attract and retain tenants.
· Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates for online reservations.
· Work with third-party vendors and agencies to enhance marketing efforts and brand visibility.
· Present revenue forecasts, marketing performance, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in self-storage revenue management and marketing.
· Developing and executing pricing/revenue optimization strategies;
· Overseeing our marketing contractors to implement marketing strategies
· Run store level financial planning and analysis (e.g., budgeting).
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· 5+ years of experience in revenue management and marketing, preferably in self-storage, real estate, or hospitality.
· Strong analytical skills with expertise in pricing models, forecasting, and market analysis.
· Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS), customer relationship management (CRM), and digital marketing tools.
· Experience with data analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
· Experience managing online advertising, Google Ads, social media, and website analytics.
· Experience with dynamic pricing and revenue optimization platforms.
· Familiarity with lead generation, customer acquisition strategies, and conversion rate optimization.
