About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and certified Hydraulic Mechanic to join our team in Doral, FL . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience servicing cranes, excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, graders, dump truck, heavy machinery, and other hydraulic-driven equipment . This position requires excellent diagnostic skills, mechanical expertise, and a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems on cranes and heavy equipment
Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical diagrams
Troubleshoot and rebuild pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, and hoses
Perform preventive maintenance (fluid and filter changes, hose inspections, system flushing)
Conduct pressure and flow tests using diagnostic equipment
Maintain detailed service records and adhere to all safety procedures
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic (heavy equipment/cranes)
Certification in Hydraulics or Heavy Equipment Maintenance required (e.g. ASE, Parker, Eaton, Caterpillar)
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Knowledge of electrohydraulic systems (mechanical + electrical integration) preferred
Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
OSHA certification a plus
