• Assist participants in creating and maintaining a daily schedule for household tasks and personal care routines.
  
• Teach and support participants in learning/re-learning household duties and life skills.
  
• Foster mental alertness and emotional well-being through conversation, companionship, and individualized activities.
  
• Accompany participants to community outings, appointments, and social events.
  
• Support financial independence by teaching basic money management.
  
• Facilitate friendships and healthy social interactions.
  
• Promote safety by providing training in essential safety skills.
  
• Provide personal care and assist with behavior management when necessary.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
  
• Complete all required paid training, including CPR and First Aid certification.

Shifts Offered

Days: Saturday-Thursday 7AM-3PM

Swing: Tuesday-Saturday 3PM-11PM

Split Shift: Friday/Saturday 7AM-3PM, Sunday/Monday 11PM-7AM

• Genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities in leading independent, meaningful lives.
  
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with participants, families, and team members.
  
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required – we provide paid training!
  
• Must maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.
