As an Inside Sales Representative II, you’ll be the bridge between cutting-edge products and real-world customer solutions—driving strategy, sparking sales, and fueling the growth of next-gen analytical tools.

What You’ll Be Doing
Generate and manage leads through platforms like LinkedIn, SCILEADS, and HubSpot
Conduct outreach and recommend solutions based on scientific challenges
Log and track all customer interactions and hand off qualified leads
Assist in online demos, proposal follow-ups, and customer satisfaction check-ins
Partner across departments to improve offerings and support marketing and sales
About You
Bachelor’s in life sciences or sales-focused field preferred
Working knowledge of CRM systems and virtual sales tools
High scientific curiosity and strong business instincts
Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
