Responsibilities: • Interface with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors • Examine specifications, proposals, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole • Prepare estimates, written proposals, budgets, costs, and updates for clients and project managers • Inspect the construction site to collect the necessary client requirement information • Provide accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs Qualifications: • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with Xactimate and Symbility • Understanding of accounting, data and risk analysis, research methodology, and estimation metrics is vital • Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills are necessary
