Interventional Pain Management Position-Indianapolis, Indiana Area

An Interventional Pain Management group in Indianapolis, Indiana is expanding, and invites a dedicated Pain Physician to join our esteemed practice. Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced interventional pain management procedures, including injections, spinal cord stimulator implants, and intrathecal pump implants, with precision and expertise to effectively manage chronic pain conditions.
  • Manage a daily patient volume of 30-40, conducting thorough evaluations, accurate diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and medical history.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized pain management strategies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and enhanced quality of life.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely patient records, adhering to all regulatory standards and practice protocols to uphold the highest standards of clinical care and compliance.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in pain management, integrating innovative techniques and technologies to provide state-of-the-art care and improve patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
  • Completion of a Pain Management Fellowship is required, demonstrating proficiency in complex interventional pain management procedures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of pain management techniques, including injections, spinal cord stimulator implants, and intrathecal pump implants, with a focus on technical excellence.
  • Open to both new graduates and experienced candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in patient-centered care and clinical practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on compassionate, empathetic patient interactions to build trust and rapport.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain one).
