Junior Data Analyst Fives Landis Corp. is actively seeking a Junior Data Analyst join its team in Hagerstown, Maryland. Industry can do it with you! Responsibilities Be a compelling data storyteller. Be comfortable presenting to and engaging with various stakeholders during team meetings (i.e., both written and verbal). Support stakeholders with varying degrees of data literacy to enhance data tracking techniques and interpret data for decision‑making purposes. This will facilitate alignment with organizational program needs and objectives. Build reports and/or dashboards, preferably in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI. Produce high quality survey designs and various data collection methods, as needed. Analyze and interpret results from datasets with varying structures and levels of cleanliness in Microsoft Office 365. Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality of metrics and alignment with program and organizational needs and objectives. Use and visualize data to proactively identify program and/or data quality issues, develop programmatic solutions, and implement those solutions. Maintain (i.e., export, clean, analyze and update) monitoring reports. Support teams with data management, data cleaning, data analysis, and data visualization in order to carry out day‑to‑day monitoring and evaluation. Support evaluation efforts across cross‑functional teams particularly with developing data analysis plans, conducting analysis and providing interpretation and recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 0‑2 years’ experience with Microsoft Excel, specifically LOOKUP formulas and Pivot Tables, VBA Programming, and Macro Creation. Familiarity with SAP and Power BI a plus. Self‑starter, committed to detail, and eager to change the world with you.
