Job description:

Position: RN LTC
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Contract: 7 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Shift: 08hrs Days(6:30 PM - 6:30 AM) 
Total Weekly Gross: $1,476 weekly on 36 hours($41/hr)
Start date: 12/01

Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient, safe, and high-quality nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, identify changes in condition, and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate the care delivered by LPNs, CNAs, and other unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection-control standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Must hold an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification; additional certifications may be required depending on the facility.
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
