We’re seeking a Billing Supervisor to oversee private duty billing operations for Lifespace Personal Services . In this role, you’ll manage billing accuracy, guide our billing specialists, and serve as the key connection between community leaders and support center finance — helping ensure financial stability and exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Perform private duty billing using Aaniie and PointClickCare systems.
• Supervise and mentor the LPS Billing Specialist, providing training and performance feedback.
• Monitor aged accounts and communicate issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with LPS Directors and Administrators to resolve billing inquiries.
• Participate in monthly A/R meetings to review collections and payments.
• Support month-end close through data imports and reporting.
• Maintain accuracy and clarity in billing, including first-of-month invoicing.

What You’ll Bring

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of billing experience in private duty home health or similar healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Aaniie, PointClickCare, or similar billing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and collaboration.
