Job Description

LHH is partnering with a leading manufacturing company located in Everett, WA to identify a hands-on Maintenance Manager. This role will lead the maintenance team and oversee all equipment, systems, and facility upkeep to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong, hands-on leadership to the maintenance team, promoting a culture of safety and accountability
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen technical skills and build future leadership capabilities
• Oversee and manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are readily available
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to support efficient plant operations and minimize downtime
• Drive improvements in equipment uptime and reliability
• Manage and maintain plant support systems including HVAC, material transfer, water, and air systems
• Support general building maintenance and grounds upkeep
• Troubleshoot and work with Electrical Logic Controllers (ELCs) and Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a maintenance management or supervisory role
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background
• Experience in high-output manufacturing environments; extrusion or related industries preferred
• PVC extrusion experience highly desired
• Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving skills
• CMMS experience a plus
