These are direct-hire roles with multiple shifts available on weekday and weekend schedules. As a Rough Grinder, you’ll be trained to work hands-on with their high-quality products. This role is perfect for someone who is mechanically inclined, has completed building projects at home, or enjoys working on cars.

Rough Grinder Job Duties :
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Run the schedule with precision and accuracy, ensuring all deadlines are met
Follow written instructions and drawings to ensure proper assembly and quality standards
Package and label products efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records
Utilize attention to detail to identify and apply the correct assembly parts
Perform computer transactions to track product progress and inventory levels
Schedule Options :
Monday – Thursday | 5:00am–3:30pm or 2:30pm–1:00am
Friday – Sunday | 4:00am–5:00pm
Pay : $20.25 – $23.89 per hour
Rough Grinder Requirements :
At least 6 months of recent manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
Able to solve basic math problems and navigate a computer
Comfortable using hand tools and equipment
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand throughout shift
