The Media Planning Manager is in charge of coming up with, putting into action, and improving media strategies to make marketing campaigns as effective as possible. This job works with clients, creative teams, and vendors to make sure that media plans are in line with business goals and get great results.

Main Duties:

Make and carry out full media plans for both traditional and digital channels to help meet marketing goals.

Do market research and look at audience insights to help you make media plans.

Negotiate with media vendors and handle media buying to get the best prices and reach.

Manage the distribution and optimization of media budgets to get the best return on investment.

Work with both internal and external stakeholders, such as creative, analytics, and account teams.

Make media plans and show clients and senior management the results of campaigns.

Keep an eye on new technologies, changes in the industry, and trends in the media.

Keep track of, measure, and report on how well campaigns are working, and give suggestions for how to make them better.

Make sure you follow all the rules and standards that apply to your industry.

Necessary Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field

4 or more years of experience in media planning, buying, or a related field

A lot of experience with both traditional and digital media channels

Knowledge of media planning tools and software, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Nielsen.

Great at negotiating, analyzing, and talking to people

Showed that they could handle more than one project at a time and meet deadlines

Good organizational and attention to detail skills

Annual Salary: $95,000 to $130,000.
