  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Clinical Affairs, Product, Research, and Marketing to ensure alignment on clinical messaging and support a seamless client experience.

What You'll Need

  • Strong understanding of clinical genetic testing and genomics, including current applications, limitations, and industry trends.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to clearly convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing; confident and engaging public speaker.
  • Collaborative and highly organized, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to relationshipbuilding across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Masters degree or higher in genetic counseling, human genetics, or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an MSL or similar medical affairs role in the life sciences industry. Experience with the introduction of new laboratory tests, particularly within genetics diagnostics space, strongly preferred.
  • Preferred experience across multiple clinical areas or specialties, either within genetics or in both genetics and other healthcare domains.
