Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Post-Acute Care
Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ
About the Role: Are you ready to bring your clinical skills to the beautiful shores of Lake Havasu? We're on the hunt for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our post-acute care team. This is a full-time, W2 position with a schedule that respects your work-life balance.
You'll be working Monday through Friday, with day call coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Occasionally, you'll be the hero who steps up for a weekend day call. Whether you're a seasoned provider or a new grad eager to make a splash in family or internal medicine, we're excited to welcome you aboard.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality care to patients in a post-acute care setting.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Manage and treat a wide variety of medical conditions in a supportive environment.
- Participate in day call rotations and ensure continuity of care.
Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 (because saving lives deserves great pay).

What We're Looking For: - Current NP or PA license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
