The Estates of Perryville is a Skilled Nursing Facility with a focus on Behavioral Health Care looking for a *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Evening Supervisor* to provide excellent clinical care to our residents. The successful candidate will be licensed in the State of Missouri, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in geriatric medicine.

*Responsibilities of the Nursing Supervisor LPN / RN:*

* Provide direct patient care in accordance with the LPN/RN scope of practice.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
* Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
* Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all interactions.
* Supervision of CNA's, CMT's, and Nurses

*Requirements of the Nursing Supervisor LPN / RN:*

* Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) l or Registered Nurse (RN license in MO
* Prior long-term experience is a plus
* 1 year of nurse supervising expereince
