As a key player in our store, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, recruit talent, and elevate team performance. If you're ready to mix your superpowers of sales and customer engagement, we want to hear from you!

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets—it’s not all about the money, but it kind of is!
• Help recruit, train, and retain a collaborative team that shares your passion for pop culture.
• Be a brand ambassador! Create excitement around new products through customer engagement, social media promotion, and services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Ensure smooth operations by balancing day-to-day operations and customer-first selling practices.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and staff schedules to optimize store performance.
• Work closely with retail leadership and HQ to communicate trends and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales reports and use data to refine strategies for meeting sales goals.
• Merchandise the store attractively, following planograms, and launch promotions seamlessly.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to build a high-performing, customer-focused team.

• 1-2 years of retail management experience. A love for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Proven leadership skills that foster team success and collaboration.
• Strong capabilities in communication, time management, and operations.
• A high school diploma or GED, with a degree being a bonus.
• The adaptability to thrive in the fast-paced retail environment.
• The physical ability to navigate the store and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
