We are seeking a dynamic individual who can help lead our vibrant store. You will support the Store Manager in reaching sales targets, recruitment, and team development. If you're a fan of Harry Potter and Luke Skywalker, you are the kind of fan we want—someone who can balance fun with achieving sales goals and building lasting relationships with customers.

What You'll Do:

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales plans and goals—while it’s not just about making money, that’s an important part too!
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative and enthusiastic team to support store operations.
• Create excitement and customer engagement through the promotion of new products and services using social media and other channels.
• Lead operational excellence while ensuring a customer-first approach to sales.
• Monitor inventory loss prevention, payroll hours, and manage associate schedules effectively.
• Communicate regularly with retail leadership and HQ partners regarding customer feedback and market trends.
• Analyze sales reports to guide strategies that drive sales performance.
• Merchandise the store attractively and efficiently, following planograms, and launch promotions timely.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team alongside the Store Manager.

What You'll Need:

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience. Passion for music and pop culture is a plus!
• A proven track record of leading teams to success; possess skills in communication, recruitment, operations, and team development.
• Strong abilities in time management, professionalism, and a drive to nurture your team.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent; a degree is a bonus!
• A flexible attitude capable of adapting to the fast-paced retail environment.
• Physical ability to navigate the store, manage merchandising tasks, and handle product shipments with items that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
