Mass General Brigham is seeking a Full-Time Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Hospitalist to join our thriving team at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional inpatient care for hospitalized children, managing a range of acute conditions with a multidisciplinary team approach.
• Work closely with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and subspecialists to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• This is a full-time role that is comprised of twelve (12) shifts per month.
• Participate in a collaborative environment that fosters teamwork and a high standard of care.

Compensation Information:
$322941.00 / annually - $442541.00 / annuallyDetails:
The salary range for this position is $322,941 to $442,541 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
