🕒 Full-Time | 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM | Sun, Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat

🛡️ Job Summary:

As a Lighthorse Police Officer , you’ll help protect and serve the Choctaw Nation by enforcing Tribal, State, and Federal laws. This role is critical in maintaining safety and order within our communities. You’ll report directly to Tribal Law Enforcement Management.

🚨 Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas to ensure public safety
• Investigate incidents, write detailed reports
• Prepare arrest cases and testify in court when required
• Execute warrants and transport detainees
• Escort processions, parades, officials, and large vehicles
• Stay updated through meetings, trainings, and law enforcement conferences
• Collaborate with other departments to serve the community
• Report and resolve hazards (debris, icy roads, damaged signage, etc.)
• Keep supervisors informed of significant developments
• Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements:

• Pass a physical fitness test
• Complete Law Enforcement Academy
• Valid driver’s license
• Use law enforcement tech, software & communication tools
• Annual firearm qualification
• Sound decision-making and critical thinking
• Perform well under stress and in dynamic situations
• Willingness to work outdoors and irregular hours
