We are looking for a responsible and proactive Day Porter to perform a variety of janitorial and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities throughout the day. The Day Porter will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive impression of our company by keeping our premises clean, organized, and presentable for employees, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

· Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in designated areas.

· Empty trash receptacles and disposal of waste materials in accordance with company policies and procedures.

· Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure facilities are stocked with necessary toiletries and hygiene products.

· Monitor and maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, conference rooms, and break rooms, throughout the day.

· Respond promptly to spills, accidents, and other cleaning emergencies to prevent safety hazards and maintain a clean environment.

· Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and request replenishment as necessary.

· Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, to ensure a safe working environment.

· Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients to address any concerns or special requests related to cleaning and maintenance.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in janitorial and commercial work preferred.

· Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.

· Ability to follow oral and written instructions, including safety procedures and cleaning protocols.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

· Flexibility to work daytime shifts and occasional weekends as needed.

· Reliable Transportation.

· Preferably within the Denton area.

Schedule:

Friday- Sunday 6:30am - 6:30 pm
