Monday - Friday
No weekends or holidays!

Important: Must complete three months of on-site training before transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. Monthly on-site clinic meetings are also required.

About the Role

The Primary Care Nurse plays a vital role in our clinic by:

Conducting triage and identifying abnormal patient symptoms and laboratory findings.
Notifying physicians or providing treatment based on established protocols.
Managing EPIC in-basket communications, including telephonic and MyMercy messages, test results, and medication refill requests.
Inputting orders to support the provider and clinical care team.

LPN Qualifications

Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing

Licensure: Active LPN license

Experience: 2-3 years preferred

RN Qualifications

Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, graduation from a registered nursing program, or a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) OR 4 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Licensure: Active RN license

Experience: 2-3 years preferred
