Project Coordinator – Branch Support (Part-Time Remote)
Pay Rate : $26.00–$27.00/hour, 20 hours/week spread out over Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week
Location: Remote to 12555 Manchester Road, Des Peres, MO
Length: July 7, 2025 to December 31, 2025 with potential extensions
Please Note: This role does have planned travel expected for August and September.
VisionCor Solutions partners with leading organizations to deliver exceptional solutions. Join our team and support our client’s projects. We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to work as a part of a Branch Development support team.
Duties :
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing project activities, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and documentation to facilitate the successful completion of projects within an organization. The ideal Project Coordinator will quickly build trust and establish strong relationships, demonstrate a fast learning curve, and proactively identify and close gaps to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
Responsibilities :
· Responsible for coordinating meetings and developing strategies to see projects through from beginning to end.
· Duties may include taking minutes at meetings, receiving and filing project documents, creating and maintaining project schedules, compiling responsibility lists for project team members, and preparing summaries.
· Other job duties could include keeping track of documents, like purchase orders, budgets, payrolls and contracts.
· Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that project objectives are met. Some positions might require knowledge of workflow or strategy software, such as Microsoft Project and creating presentations in PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
· Minimum High School diploma
· Over 3 years of Project Coordinator experience or strong equivalent experience
· Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Project or other project management tools preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in taking meeting minutes and preparing clear, concise summaries and reports.
· Detail-oriented with strong document management skills
· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support Project Managers in meeting key project milestones.
· Problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to support end-to-end project execution
· Experience maintaining and updating project schedules and compiling team responsibility matrices is a plus.
