Kristin Dittmar Design Kristin Dittmar Design is seeking a skilled, experienced Project Designer to join our Aspen-based interior design studio. One of our team members is relocating, and we are looking for someone who can step confidently into a high-end, fast-paced design environment with strong technical, creative, and client-facing abilities. What Were Looking For 37+ years of experience in an interior design or architecture studio Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit a plus) Ability and willingness to use AI tools to support research, drafting, and design workflows Excellent client communication and professional presentation skills Strong problem-solving, organization, and project coordination abilities Ability to manage deadlines, communicate proactively, and stay detail-oriented Experience supporting FF&E, finish schedules, material sourcing, and spec books Role Responsibilities Produce accurate CAD drawings (RCPs, elevations, plans, details) Support design concepts, sourcing, and presentation boards Communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors Assist with documentation, project organization, and installation coordination Use AI tools to streamline communication, drafting, and design tasks Work directly with Kristin and the KDD team on active projects Location This is an in-person position based in Aspen/Snowmass. Relocation assistance can be discussed for the right candidate. Compensation Salary range: $65,000 $100,000, depending on experience and skill level.
